This new resource shares best practice for using AI at your organisation.

The Code is not designed to be mandatory for housing associations. But it is a helpful set of considerations when adopting AI. Not everything within the Code may be relevant for all organisations but there is something for everyone regardless of the size, resource, risks or responsibilities of your organisation.

The Code will include a number of resources that should be helpful, such as a board assurance checklist, supplier due diligence question list and an AI governance maturity model.
